member registration

Register to become a member on our website and create a profile with basic information about you, your children, and any special information you would like us to know. Your membership will auto-renew monthly (see pricing here).

Schedule a sitter

Once registered, simply login anytime & click on "Schedule a Sitter." Enter the required fields of information (date, start /end times, special notes, etc.).  This flexibility in online scheduling gives busy parents the ability to book jobs whenever they need without having to adhere to normal business hours. Complete your request by entering your payment information for the booking fee (see pricing here).

We do the rest

We notify our pre-screened sitters and find out who is available to meet your needs. We take the work out of it for you! All our sitters are vetted through a rigorous interview and screening process, providing the best caregiver options to you. We have a 98% fulfillment rate. In the rare event that we are unable to secure a sitter, your booking fee will be refunded.

We Contact you

You will be notified the moment you are matched to a sitter. Our sitters get booked up quickly, so best practice is to book fast!

We confirm and connect you

Your sitter will contact you ahead of time (at least 24hrs before the scheduled sit start time) to introduce themself.

We want you to feel comfortable with your Spectrum Sitter, so please use this time to ask any questions about their background, experience, etc. - then you’re all set!

At the end of the shift, you will be responsible for paying your sitter directly.
